摘  要:针对传统纸张计数设备无法达到性价比高且在中小规模范围内适用性强的问题,设计了一款基于单片机的纸张计数显示装置。系统由STM32F4单片机、NE555模块、多谐振荡电路、施密特触发电路和OLED显示模块组成。以STM32单片机为主控制器,采用555定时器与RC电路组成的多谐振荡电路,对两块平行极板间给定纸张数实现测量及显示被测纸张数量的功能。纸张计数显示装置利用RC电路的电容充放电原理,使555定时器振荡产生一定频率的方波,通过多谐振荡回路输出端连接施密特触发电路的方式实现波形整形后,方波信息将实时反馈给单片机进行输入捕获采集频率值。基于电路频率f和纸张厚度d的线性关系,利用一元线性函数拟合关系式,即可测出纸张数量。本系统在遵循平行重复的原则基础上逐渐增加纸张进行测试,多次测量结果表明,系统可测量纸张数目范围为1~30张,1~10张纸张数目测量精度为80%,10~30张纸张数目测量精度为20%。本系统控制操作简单,实用性强,计数较为精确,可应用于中小规模造纸印刷等行业的纸张计数场景中。Aiming at the problems that traditional paper counting equipment can not achieve high cost performance and strong applicability in the range of small and medium scale,a paper counting display device based on embedded microcontroller is designed.The system consists of STM32F4 microcontroller,NE555 module,Multivibrator circuits,Schmidt trigger circuit and OLED display module.The STM32 microcontroller is used as the main controller,multivibrator circuits composed of 555 timer and RC circuit is used to measure the number of paper that are given between two parallel plates and display the quantity.The paper counting display device uses the capacitor charging and discharging principle of RC circuit to make the 555 timer oscillate to generate a certain frequency of square wave.After the multivibrator circuits realize waveform shaping by the way of linking the Schmidt trigger circuit in the output,the square wave information will be fed back to the MCU in real time to capture the frequency value.Based on the linear relationship between circuit frequency and paper thickness,the number of sheets can be measured by fitting the relationship equation using a one-dimensional linear function.The system is based on the principle of parallel repetition to increases the number of paper gradually for testing.After multiple measurements,the results show that the system can measure the number of papers in the range of 1~30,the number of 1~10 paper is measured by 80%,and the number of 10~30 paper is measured by 20%.The advantages of the system being representative is that it can be simply controlled and has strong practicability and the ability of counting accurately,which can be widely used in paper counting scenarios in small and medium scale paper printing and other industries.
