延安时期中国共产党榜样文化建设的路径与经验探析

摘　　要：中国共产党榜样文化建设是党的建设的重要组成部分,是推进党的建设新的伟大工程的题中应有之义。延安时期中国共产党通过领导人以身作则、模范宣传引导、革命先烈精神缅怀等正面学习和惩治腐败、改造“二流子”等反面警示对党的榜样文化进行建设,取得了良好的效果,同时也积累了丰富的建设经验,其主要有:注重政策支持,适时给予奖励;榜样选择多样,正反典型引导;借助媒体应用,积极进行宣传;重视榜样教育,注重教育方法。新时代推进中国共产党榜样文化建设可借鉴延安时期的基本经验,并结合时代特征进行创新和发展。The model culture construction of the Communist Party of China is an important part of the party construction,and it is an integral part of the new great project to promote the party construction.In Yan'an period,the Communist Party of China constructed the party’s model culture through the positive learning such as leading by example,exemplary publicity and guidance,remembrance of revolutionary martyrs,and negative warnings such as punishment of corruption and transformation of“rascals”,which achieved good results and accumulated rich construction experience.It mainly includes paying attention to policy support and giving rewards at the right time;selecting a variety of models and guiding positive and negative examples;actively publicizing with the help of media application;paying attention to model education and focusing on education methods.To further promote the construction of the model culture of the Communist Party of China in the new era,we should learn from the basic experience of the model culture construction in the Yan'an period,and innovate and develop in combination with the characteristics of the times.
