摘　　要：网上办公文件数据初始基数不断增大,导致数据类型变量与存储资源调度之间出现失衡现象,办公文件存取效率大幅度降低。因此提出了基于PDM技术的网上办公文件自动化管理系统设计。利用PDM技术硬件,构建新的网上办公文件自动化管理系统框架;在框架的基础上,适配软件层分布式自动化管理算法与平衡存储程序设计,修复数据类型变量导致的失衡环境,解决办公文件自动化管理效率降低问题,完成提出系统设计。实验结果表明设计系统能有效解决管理效率低的问题。The increasing initial base of online office file data leads to the imbalance between data type variables and storage resource scheduling,and the access efficiency of office files is greatly reduced.As a result,the original automatic management logic structure is broken,office file access efficiency is greatly reduced.After analysis,it is found that the above problems can be effectively solved by optimizing the hardware framework and system software layer design,so the design of online office document automation management system based on PDM technology is put forward.Based on the PDM technology hardware,a new framework of online office file automation management system is constructed,and the distributed automation management algorithm and balanced storage strategy design of software layer are adapted.It repairs the imbalance environment caused by data type variables,solves the problem of reducing the efficiency of office file automation management,and completes the system design.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the design system.
