摘 要:涡流变化对高压断路线圈的电流分布具有关联性,为了提高高压断路器非接触带电检测效果,提出基于涡流变化的高压断路器非接触带电检测技术。采用有限元分析方法构造高压电路器的涡流场3D分布模型,设计电磁耦合器进行高压短路器的电磁耦合控制,计算涡电流、漏感和励磁电感等参量值,采用非线性定量递归分析模型描述高压断路器的涡流变化及磁场分布,设计整流和滤波电路进行涡流整流调制,进行非接触式高压断路器的非接触带电检测电路设计。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行高压断路器非接触带电检测的动态耦合性好,电流振荡幅度低,获得了理想的非接触带电检测结果。Eddy current on high voltage circuit breaker coil changes with the distribution of relevance,in order to improve the non-contact live detection effect of high voltage circuit breaker,a high voltage circuit breaker based on eddy current non-contact charged detection technology.By constructing the finite element analysis method for high voltage circuit of the eddy current distribution of 3D model,the electromagnetic coupling control design of electromagnetic coupler high voltage circuit breaker,calculation of eddy current,leakage inductance and inductance parameter values,the eddy current magnetic field distribution changes and nonlinear recurrence quantification analysis model of high voltage circuit breaker design,rectifying and filtering circuit of eddy current rectifier modulation,non-contact charging non-contact circuit breaker detection circuit design.The test results show that the dynamic coupling using the method of non-contact on-line detection of high voltage circuit breaker is better,the current oscillation amplitude is low,thereby obtains ideal non-contact live detection results.
