摘  要:铁路货车下心盘设在转向架摇枕上部,与装在车箱底架中央的上心盘对应,承受并传递车体的重量及纵向力和横向力,下心盘状态的好坏直接影响着车辆的动力学性能和运行安全,针对当前货车转向架下心盘螺栓自动紧固装置存在的不足,提高下心盘螺栓自动紧固精度,设计了基于一种基于视频识别技术的心盘螺栓自动紧固装置,并通过具体应用实例测试了其性能。测试结果表明,设置的装置中在满足工艺实际要求,下心盘螺栓自动紧固精度高、效率高,而且自动化程度得到了改善,可以提高铁路货车段修的检修效率与质量,确保行车安全。The lower center plate of railway freight car is set at the upper part of the bogie bolster,which corresponds to the upper center plate installed in the center of the car chassis,and bears and transmits the weight,longitudinal force and transverse force of the car body.The state of the lower center plate directly affects the dynamic performance and operation safety of the vehicle.In view of the shortcomings of the current automatic fastening device for the bolts of the lower center plate of freight car bogie.To improve the automatic tightening accuracy of lower center plate bolts,an automatic tightening device of lower center plate bolts based on video recognition technology is designed,and its performance is tested through a specific application example.The results show that in the device set in this paper,the automatic tightening accuracy and efficiency of lower center plate bolts are high,and the degree of automation has been improved.It can improve the maintenance efficiency and quality of railway freight car depot repair and ensure traffic safety.
