摘　　要：服务和融入“以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进”的新发展格局是民族地区在旅游交通逐步完善的新发展阶段,贯彻落实新发展理念、推动本地区经济高质量发展的必然选择。文章以湖南省湘西州为研究对象,选取湘西州旅游收入、高速公路里程、湘西州大学生培养数量、全州人口数量、接待游客数、客运量、游客周转量等主要变量,运用SPSS软件对变量进行描述性分析和多元回归分析。研究结果表明湘西州高速公路的建设和发展对旅游业发展具有显著的正向作用,并助推旅游业成为湘西州民族地区经济发展的重要动力。通过分析提出推动旅游资源以优取胜、应对突变情况以势取胜、结合“互联网+”以先取胜三点建议。Serving and integrating the new development pattern of"taking the domestic great circulation as the main body and promoting the domestic and international double cycle"is the new development stage of gradually improving tourism transportation and the inevitable choice for ethnic minority areas to implement the new development concept and promote the high-quality development of the local economy.The article takes Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan Province as the research object,and selects the main variables such as tourism in-come,highway mileage,the number of college students trained,population of the whole state,the number of tourists received,passenger volume,and tourist turnover in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.SPSS software is used to conduct descriptive analysis and multiple regres-sion analysis on the variables.The research results indicate that the construction and development of highways in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autono-mous Prefecture have a significant positive impact on the development of tourism,and promote tourism to become an important driving force for the economic development of ethnic areas in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.Through analysis,three suggestions are put forward to promote tourism resources to win with the best,cope with sudden changes to win with potential,and combine"Internet Plus"to win first.
