许昌市低山丘陵区低质低效林改造与提升策略研究

摘　　要：分析许昌市低山丘陵区低质低效林形成的原因,如立地条件差、造林难度大,营造林投入高,收益低,重营造轻管护,作业设计质量不高等,从科学开展调查与作业设计,适地适树科学选择造林树种,综合应用抗旱节水技术,构建高效的管理体系,做好环境保护与施工安全工作,对改造效果进行监测评价等方面提出了改造提升建议。This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of low quality and low efficiency forests in low mountain and hilly areas of Xuchang City,such as poor site conditions,great difficulty in afforestation,high investment in forest planting,low income,emphasis on construction rather than management and protection,low quality of operation design,scientific investigation and operation design,scientific selection of afforestation tree species suitable for the site and trees,comprehensive application of drought resistant and water-saving technology,construction of an efficient management system,environmental protection and construction safety,Suggestions for improvement were proposed in terms of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the renovation.
