摘 要:阐述了选煤厂机械搅拌式浮选机的基本结构和工作原理,分析了其控制系统目前存在的问题。提出机械搅拌式浮选机智能控制系统的概念,并介绍了该控制系统的组成和原理,展望该控制系统的发展方向,采用物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能、自动控制、移动互联网、专家知识和经验等与煤炭开发技术装备进行深度融合,形成自主感知、实时高效互联、自主学习、智能分析决策、动态预测预警、协同控制的智能系统。希望该控制系统能够得到行业和市场的认可,促进智能化选煤厂的发展。This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of mechanical agitation flotation machine in coal preparation plant,analyzes the problems existing in the control system of mechanical agitation flotation machine in coal preparation plant,and puts forward the concept of intelligent control system of mechanical agitation flotation machine;The composition and principle of the intelligent control system for mechanical agitation flotation machine are introduced;It is hoped that the control system can be recognized by the industry and the market,and can be popularized and applied,which can promote the control system of mechanical agitation flotation machine from automation to intelligence.At the end of the paper,it is pointed out that the current intelligent level of stand-alone equipment is relatively low and needs to be improved.
