摘　　要：针对宋新庄选煤厂块煤系统介耗高的问题,分析了影响介耗的各个工艺环节,包括介质添加、固定筛预脱介、块精煤分级脱介、块矸石脱介、磁选及其他工艺环节,并对每个环节进行了针对性的技术改造,改造后吨入洗块煤介耗由之前的1.58 kg降低为0.50 kg,稳定了工艺系统,提高了企业的经济效益。In view of the problem of high heavy medium consumption of lump coal system in Songxinzhuang Coal Preparation Plant,this paper analyzes the various technological links that affect medium consumption,including:media adding link,fixed screen pre-medium removing link,block clean coal grading medium removing screen link,block gangue medium removing screen link,magnetic separators link and other process links,and each link has carried on the pertinence technical transformation,the medium consumption per ton lump coal has been reduced after the transformation from 1.58kg to 0.50kg,the process system has been stabilized,and the enterprise's economic benefit has been raised.
