摘 要:采用两因素完全随机试验设计,研究磷、钾肥配合施用对卷丹百合(Lilium lancifolium Thunb.)生长发育及其鳞茎内4种活性成分积累的影响,旨在筛选出最佳磷、钾肥施用量。利用观测法、福林酚法、硝酸钠-氯化铝法、香草醛-硫酸法和硫酸-苯酚法测定不同磷、钾肥处理下卷丹百合植株农艺性状及其鳞茎中总酚、总黄酮、皂苷和多糖的含量。结果表明:(1)磷、钾肥配施能增加卷丹的株高、茎直径、叶片数量和叶绿素质量比,促进鳞茎生长发育,最适磷、钾肥施用量分别为44.20、785.01 mg/L;(2)磷、钾肥可以促进鳞茎对P、K元素的吸收利用,K元素含量与施钾量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);(3)磷、钾肥配合施用能明显提高卷丹百合鳞茎中活性成分含量,当磷肥施用量为88.40 mg/L、钾肥施用量为1046.68 mg/L时,4种活性成分积累最多,鳞茎品质可以得到有效加强;(4)相关性分析表明,多糖含量与磷肥施用量极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数为0.89。因此,合理的磷、钾肥配合施用可以促进卷丹百合生长发育和其鳞茎中主要活性成分的积累,提高鳞茎对P、K元素的吸收。A two-factor completely randomized experimental design was used to study the effects of phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)fertilization on the growth and development of Lilium lancifolium as well as the accumulation of four kinds of active ingredients in the bulbs,with the aim of screening the optimal amount of P and K fertilizers.The agronomic traits and the contents of total phenols,total flavonoids,saponins and polysaccharides in the bulbs of P.lancifolium subjected to different P and K treatments were determined by using observation method,Folin phenol method,sodium nitrate-aluminum chloride method,vanillin-sulfuric acid method and sulfuric acid-phenol method.The results show that:①P and K fertilization can increase the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and chlorophyll content,and promote the bulbs’growth and development.The optimized application rates of P and K were 44.2 mg/L and 785.01 mg/L,respetively.②P and K fertilization can promote the absorption and utilization of P and K elements in bulbs,and the content of K element is significantly positively correlated with the amount of P applied(P<0.05).③P and K fertilization can significantly increase the contents of active ingredients in the bulbs.When the amount of P is 88.4 mg/L and the amount of K 1046.68 mg/L,the four active ingredients accumulate the most,and the quality of Lilium lancifolium bulbs can be effectively improved.④Correlation analysis shows that polysaccharide content is highly significantly positively correlated with P application(P<0.01)with a correlation coefficient of 0.89.Therefore,reasonable application of P and K fertilizers can promote the growth and development of Lilium lancifolium and the accumulation of the main active components in its bulbs,
