摘 要:以美乐葡萄营养袋扦插苗为试材,喷施0.4 mg/L的EBR,置于不同低温(4、0、-2℃)下4 h,研究EBR对美乐葡萄幼苗抗寒性的影响,为酿酒葡萄抗寒性的研究提供理论依据。结果显示:EBR处理提高了美乐葡萄叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,增加了葡萄叶片中可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,减少了电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量。SOD活性和脯氨酸含量分别比对照提高了32.12%、29.61%,MDA含量比CK处理降低了46.98%。EBR处理提高了美乐葡萄幼苗的抗寒性。The effects of 0.4 mg/L EBR on the cold resistance of Merlot grape seedlings were studied by spraying it on the cutting seedlings of Merlot grape and placing them at different low temperatures of 4℃,0℃and-2℃for 4 hours,which can provide a theoretical basis for the research on the cold resistance of wine grapes.The results show that the EBR treatment improved the activity of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)in the leaves,increased the content of soluble sugar and proline,and decreased the conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content.The SOD activity and proline content increased by 32.12%and 29.61%compared to the control,respectively,and the MDA content decreased by 46.98%compared to the group with CK treatment.EBR treatment improved the cold resistance of wine grape Merlot seedlings.
