摘 要:于2018—2019年芦苇生长季,对吴忠黄河国家湿地公园之树木园芦苇样地进行植被监测。分别测定起墩法移栽芦苇(S)和原位芦苇(CK)的多度、盖度、株高、株径、节间数、展叶数和生物量等生长指标,对比两者的生长状况。结果表明:2个年度在起墩法移栽和原位栽种情形下,芦苇的多度、盖度、株高和生物量差异显著,株径、节间数和展叶数无明显差异,说明移栽的芦苇还没有完全适应新生境,原位芦苇的生长状况更佳。Vegetation monitoring of Phragmites australis plots in the Wuzhong Yellow River Wetland Arboretum was conducted during its growing season from 2018 to 2019.The growth indicators such as the abundance,coverage,plant height,plant diameter,number of internodes,number of spread leaves and biomass with two planting methods of piercing method(S)and in-situ method(CK)were investigated.The results show that the abundance,coverage and plant height of Phragmites australis were significantly different,yet there was no significant difference in plant diameter,number of internodes,number of spread leaves and biomass.However,the overall growth indexes of Phragmites australis were better with CK method.This indicates that the in-situ planting method is more beneficial to the growth of Phragmites australis.
