摘　　要：为了实现动力总成花键润滑油脂喷涂工艺的自动化,有效保证涂油量的精度,提高工艺的稳定性,文章介绍了一种新型涂油脂设备应用集成方案。通过机械和电气部件共同作用,分析了新型自动化涂油脂设备的可行性。该涂油设备工作安全稳定,适用于多车型多平台共线生产,在生产中得到了有效的应用。In order to implement the automation of spline grease spraying process for the powertrain,which is effectively ensure the accuracy of grease and improve the stability of the process,the paper introduces a new application integration scheme of greasing equipment.Analyze the feasibility of a new automatic greasing equipment through the interaction of mechanical and electrical components.The equipment is safe and stable,suitable for production on multiple vehicle platform,and has been effectively applied in production.
