以动眼神经麻痹为首发症状的神经梅毒四例

摘　　要：回顾性分析我科诊治的4例以动眼神经麻痹为首发症状的神经梅毒临床资料,并复习近年来国内外相关文献报道。4例神经梅毒患者均为男性,年龄48~69岁,临床表现为以动眼神经麻痹为首发症状。治疗给予青霉素钠400万U每4小时一次静点,连续14天,出院后肌注苄星青霉素240万U,每周1次,共3次。随访半年到3年,4例患者眼部症状均消失。The clinical data of 4 cases of neurosyphilis diagnosed and treated in our department with oculomotor nerve palsy as the first symptom were retrospectively analyzed,and the related literature were reviewed.All four patients were male,aged from 48 to 69 years old,and presented with oculomotor nerve palsy as the first symptom of neurosyphilis.For treatment,4 million U of penicillin sodium was given every 4 hours for 14 consecutive days,and 2.4 million U of benzathine penicillin was injected intramuscularly once a week for 3 times.The patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years,and the eye symptoms disappeared in all 4 patients.
