摘　　要：蜂窝织炎样Sweet综合征与蜂窝组织炎极为相似,常发生于肥胖患者,临床表现为急性发作的大片红斑、发热和以中性粒细胞为主的白细胞增多。本文报道一例蜂窝织炎样Sweet综合征。给予甲泼尼龙口服及卤米松外用,1周后皮损逐渐消退。Cellulist-like Sweet's syndrome closely resembles cellulitis,often occurs in obese patients,and is characterized by an acute onset of large erythema,fever,and leukocytosis with predominantly neutrophils.We report a case of cellulitis-like Sweet syndrome,and the patient was given oral methylprednsiolone and topical halometasone,the lesions gradually subsided after one week.
