摘  要:药物质反应的量效关系是《药理学》教学中的重要内容,而长期以来不同《药理学》教材对质反应量效曲线的描述并不一致,一种认为药物的对数剂量与药物的反应频数(或率)绘图呈S型曲线,另一种认为药物的对数剂量与累计反应频数(或率)绘图呈S型曲线。多数教材按后一种描述,其可能源于外文专著,而在翻译过程中误将剂量-频数曲线当成了剂量-效应曲线。中国知网近两年的文献资料和药物质反应的实验均支持第一种描述。经理论分析结合实验实际,合理的描述应该是:在一定范围内,质反应的药物量效关系是药物量与药物效应正相关的关系。药量是自变量,药效是因变量。以对数药量为横坐标,以效应为纵坐标绘图曲线呈S型。区段剂量与其效应的频数呈正态分布,反映药物效应的个体差异。Drug's dose-effect relationship of qualitative response is an important content in Pharmacology teaching,and is not different from different textbooks for a long time.Some thinks that drug's logarithmic doses and response frequency(or rate)is an S-shaped curve,and the other a logarithmic doses to drug's cumulative frequency response(or rate)is an S-shaped curve in the drawing.Most textbooks follow the latter description which may originate from foreign monographs,and the dose-frequency curve was mistaken for the dose-effect curve in translation.The literature data of China HowNet in the past two years and our experiment results support the first description.Through theoretical analysis and experimental practice,it was concluded that in a certain range,drug dose and effect are positively correlated.The dose is the independent variable,and the effect is the dependent variable.Taking logarithmic drug dose as abscissa and effect as ordinate,the curve shows a symmetric S-shape.The segment dose and effect frequency is normally distributed,which reflects the individual difference of drug effect.
