摘 要:介绍石墨烯金属化孔(PTH)技术的原理和特点,以及产业化应用和进展。重点介绍石墨烯PTH技术在印制电路板(PCB)PTH、锂电、塑料镀及电磁屏蔽等领域的应用,以及石墨烯PTH处理设备在技术上的优势和进展。石墨烯PTH技术在表面的处理相比传统工艺更具先进性,更加环保绿色,镀层质量更加优异,具有高性价比。The principles and characteristics of graphene metallization technology and its application and progress in various aspects of industry were reviewed.The emphasis was put on printed circuit board(PCB)plating through hole,and a brief introduction to lithium battery,plastic plating,electromagnetic shielding and other fields of application was given.The progress and advantages of graphene metallization processing device were described.Compared with conventional technologies,graphene metallization technology is more advanced,greener,environmentally friendly and low-carbon.It can lead to better coating quality,and it is more cost-effective.
