摘  要:目的评价基于构思-设计-实施-运作的翻转课堂教学模式对经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiaopancreatography,ERCP)操作培训中的应用效果。方法采用自身前后对照方法,2021年6月至12月选取本院内镜中心护士18名,在ERCP操作培训中,实施构思-设计-实施-运作模式的翻转课堂教学模式,培训时间6个月。比较培训前后护士ERCP理论和操作水平,并了解教学效果情况。结果培训后护士理论考核和操作考核成绩均较培训前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。其教学效果得到88.89%以上护士的认可。结论基于构思-设计-实施-运作模式的翻转课堂教学模式可提高护士ERCP理论知识和操作水平,护士对教学效果评价较高。Objective To evaluate the effect of flipped classroom teaching based on CDIO(conceive,design,implement,operate)model for nursing skill training in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods A total of 18 nurses from the Endoscopy Centre of our hospital were enrolled in the study by method of self-controlled case series(SCCS).Flipped classroom teaching based on CDIO model was employed in training of ERCP nursing operation for 6 months.Understanding knowledge of ERCP,operation level of nursing and effect of instruction were compared before and after the training.Results After training,examination scores of ERCP knowledge and nursing operation were significantly higher than those before the training(P<0.001).And 88.89% of the nurses highly appreciated the effect of instruction.Conclusions CDIO model based flipped classroom teaching improves the level of the ERCP knowledge and nursing operation,and it could receive high appreciations from nurses over the effect of instruction.
