摘　　要：电视播控信号应急演练系统是以《〈广播电视安全播出管理规定〉安全播出事件事故管理实施细则》为指导,面向电视播控岗位员工定向开发的模拟应急系统。电视播控信号应急演练系统通过研究电视播出系统结构特点和事件事故引发原理,规范应急操作机制,从多年的真实事故案例中提取了对安全播出最有借鉴意义的案例进行模拟,覆盖了日常值班中所能遇到的大多数信号应急情况,最大程度还原了应急训练的真实性,方便了播出一线员工的常规化实践演练。The TV broadcast control signal emergency drill system is a simulated emergency system developed for TV broadcast control employees under the guidance of the“‘Regulations on the Management of Radio and Television Safety Broadcasting’Safety Broadcast Incident Management Implementation Rules”.The TV broadcast control signal emergency drill system studies the structural characteristics of the TV broadcast system and the principles of event accidents,standardizes the emergency operation mechanism,and extracts the most referenced cases for safe broadcast from years of real accident cases for simulation,covering most of the signal emergency situations that can be encountered in daily duty,restore the authenticity of emergency training to the greatest extent,and facilitate the broadcast of routine practice drills for front-line employees.
