摘 要:针对闭环热泵预热时间长、冬季开环热泵运行能耗高的问题,提出一种开闭一体式消防水带干燥装置。通过TRNSYS(Transient System Simulation)数值模拟和实验验证的方法,分析了开闭一体式消防水带干燥装置在预热阶段的节能性,确定了开环、闭环热泵节能运行切换的温湿度分界带。结果表明:相对于闭环预热,采用辅助预热模式可节省能耗60%以上;当环境温度上升时,开环、闭环热泵的单位能耗除湿量均升高;当环境湿度上升时,开环热泵的单位能耗除湿量降低;结合温湿度分界带对开闭一体式热泵系统进行智能控制,全年运行时,较闭环热泵运行可节能40%,较开环热泵运行可节能53%。In order to solve the problems of long preheating time of closed-loop heat pump and high energy consumption of open-loop heat pump in winter,an open-closed integrated fire hose drying device was proposed.Combined with TRNSYS numerical simulation and experimental verification method,the energy saving performance of the open-closed integrated fire hose drying device in the preheating stage was analyzed,and the temperature and humidity boundary zone of the energy-saving operation switching between open and closed heat pumps was determined.Results show that compared with closed-loop preheating,the auxiliary preheating mode can save energy consumption by more than 60%.When the ambient temperature rises,the SMER(specific moisture extraction rate)of both open-loop and closed-loop heat pumps increases.When the ambient humidity rises,the SMER of the open-loop heat pump decreases.Based on temperature and humidity boundary zone,intelligent control of open and closed integrated heat pump system can save 40%energy compared with closed-loop heat pump operation and 53%energy compared with open-loop heat pump operation during the whole year.
