摘 要:为了应对日益严峻的电力供需不平衡和促进电力系统低碳转型,发电侧调频资源价值凸显,风电因其清洁高效的调节潜质对维护系统频率稳定具有重要意义。文章提出了一种风电参与电力系统频率调控潜力的价值评估方法。首先构建了反映风电备用、运行、调频能效以及可靠性的指标体系;然后基于前景理论模型,构建综合前景值最大化的优化模型,确定各属性最优权重,对风电调频潜力进行综合评估;最后基于中国某风电场运行数据,验证了所提方法的有效性。To tackle the growing power supply-demand imbalance and promote low-carbon transition of power systems,the value of frequency regulation resources on the supply side is highlighted.Wind power is of great significance for maintaining system frequency stability due to its clean and efficient adjustment potential.This article proposes an evaluation method to quantify the potential of wind power participating in power system frequency regulation.First,an index system considering wind power reserve,operation,frequency regulation performance and reliability is constructed.Based on the prospect theory,an optimization model for maximizing the comprehensive prospect value is established to determine the weights and evaluate the potential of wind power frequency regulation.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified on the basis of operating data of a wind farm in China.
