选择性痔上黏膜切除术加外痔切剥术治疗混合痔对比研究

摘　　要：目的应用选择性痔上黏膜切除术和外痔切剥术联合治疗混合痔,探讨其效用及价值。方法本次研究共有86例混合痔患者参与其中,开展时间在2020年6月-2021年5月。按照双盲法,将86例参研患者分成两组,每组43例。研究组接受选择性痔上黏膜切除术和外痔切剥术联合治疗的方案,参照组仅接受外剥内扎术(miligan-morgan)手术作为治疗手段。对比两组患者术中指标、术后效果、不良反应发生率等。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组总体疗效明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论临床在治疗患者的混合痔病症时,可以将痔上黏膜切除术与外痔切剥术相结合,此种联合治疗的手段相较于单一治疗方案,更能给患者带来帮助,促进康复进展,临床具有推广意义和应用价值。Objective To compare the efficacy and value of tissue-selecting therapy stapler with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 86 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were enrolled in the study,which lasted from June 2020 to May 2021.According to the double-blind method 86 participating patients were divided into two groups,43 in each group.The study group received the combination of selective hemorrhoidectomy and external hemorrhoidectomy,and the control group only received Milligan Morgan operation as the treatment method.The intraoperative indexes,postoperative effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,pain score and weight of removed focal tissue in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,superior hemorrhoidectomy and external hemorrhoidectomy can be combined.Compared with the single treatment plan,this combined treatment method can bring more help to patients and promote the progress of rehabilitation,and has clinical promotion significance and application value.
