摘　　要：目的探讨小儿先天性皮毛窦合并脊髓拴系手术的护理配合流程及注意事项。方法回顾性选取2016年1月-2021年1月解放军第九六○医院泰安院区接诊因先天性皮毛窦合并脊髓拴系行手术治疗的患儿18例,开展全面护理干预,分析护理效果。结果所有患儿均顺利完成手术;术后无严重并发症,1例患儿术后切口愈合不良,经二期处理后愈合良好;出院前患儿家属护理服务满意问卷调研反馈满意率100%。结论先天性皮毛窦合并脊髓拴系患儿手术治疗期间辅以全面护理干预对策,加强器械管理,落实无菌化操作,帮助患儿平稳过渡围术期。Objective To explore the nursing process and matters needing attention in the operation of congenital sinus pelicosa combined with tetheration of spinal cord.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 18 children with congenital sinuses of fur combined with spinal cord tetractation treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention and analyze the nursing effect.Results All the children completed the operation successfully.There were no serious postoperative complications,and 1 child had poor postoperative incision healing,which healed well after the second treatment.Before discharge,the nursing service satisfaction rate of family members of children was 100%.Conclusion During the surgical treatment of children with congenital sinus pelicosa complicated with spinal cord tether,comprehensive nursing intervention measures should be taken to strengthen instrument management and implement sterile operation,so as to help the children smoothly transition to the perioperative period.
