摘 要:草地贪夜蛾是近几年迁入我国的重大农作物害虫,而湖北省是该害虫每年从南向北迁飞的重要通道.为了解湖北省草地贪夜蛾的种群分布特征,选取湖北省22个县市具有代表性的点位,通过玉米田间设置的诱捕装置对草地贪夜蛾成虫发生情况进行抽样调查,获得了各样点5—10月成虫日捕获数的抽样调查数据并结合各样点的日平均温度数据进行了统计分析.结果显示:湖北省草地贪夜蛾的发生时间主要在7—10月,全年峰值出现在8月中旬至9月上旬.从空间上看,鄂东和鄂中地区草地贪夜蛾虫量较高,两区域的全年峰值时间分别是9月中旬和8月下旬,样点的日捕获虫量最高可达74头和32头以上,鄂西虫量极少,样点的日捕获虫量最高不到1头.回归分析显示:各样点的对数虫量(诱捕数量的对数)与日平均气温之间存在显著的线性关系,表明日均温对诱捕数量具有显著影响.综上,湖北省草地贪夜蛾的种群分布存在明显的区域差异,而温度条件可能是导致这种差异的一个重要的影响因素.The fall armyworm(FAW),Spodoptera frugiperda,is a serious insect pest that has migrated into China in recent years,where Hubei Province is an important passage for the pest to migrate from south to north every year.In order to understand the population distribution characteristics of FAW in Hubei Province,sampling surveys for the FAW adults in the representative sites of 22 counties or cities in Hubei Province were conducted by trapping devices in the maize fields.The data of daily adults caught at sampling sites from May to October were obtained and statistically analyzed together with the data of daily average temperature at the corresponding sites.Results showed that temporally,the FAW adults mainly distributed from July to October,with the annual peak in the daily number of adults occurred from the middle of August to early September.Spatially,the FAW adults mainly distributed in the Eastern and Central Hubei.The annual peaks in the daily number of adults for the two regions occurred in the middle of September and August,respectively.The maximum numbers of adults caught per day at the sampling sites in the Eastern and Central Hubei were more than 74 and 32,respectively,while the maximum number of adults caught per day at the sampling sites in the Western-Hubei was less than one.Regression analyses showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the logarithm of the adult numbers and daily temperature,showing that the daily temperature had a significant impact on the number of adults.In conclusion,there were significant regional differences in the population distribution of FAW in Hubei Province,and the temperature condition may be one of the important responsible factors.
