摘 要:金属有机骨架材料(MOFs)因其高孔隙率、高比表面积等特点在催化领域应用广泛,而一些特定的双金属MOFs比单金属MOFs的催化效率更高.以溶剂热法合成双金属Cu/La-MOFs,通过SEM、XRD和FT-IR等对其结构进行表征.使用亚甲基蓝(MB)作为检测·OH的指示剂,通过MB降解实验比较Cu-MOFs和不同双金属比例的Cu/La-MOFs的催化性能,发现Cu/La-MOFs的催化性能更好,与H_(2)O_(2)反应能产生更多的羟基自由基(·OH).分别模拟含不同浓度谷胱甘肽(GSH)的正常细胞与肿瘤细胞环境,比较Cu/La-MOFs的催化性能,发现较高浓度GSH能促进Cu/La-MOFs的类Fenton反应.因此,Cu/La-MOFs作为类Fenton反应的催化剂,可以催化肿瘤内源性H_(2)O_(2)进行类Fenton反应产生·OH来杀死肿瘤细胞,并且高价金属离子可以消耗肿瘤细胞内的GSH保护·OH,有望增强抗癌效率.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are widely used in the field of catalysis due to their high porosity and high specific surface area,and some specific bimetallic MOFs have higher catalytic efficiency than monometallic MOFs.Bimetallic Cu/La-MOFs were synthesized by solvothermal method,and the structures were confirmed by SEM,XRD and FT-IR.Methylene blue(MB)was used as an indicator to detect·OH,the catalytic performances of Cu-MOFs and Cu/La-MOFs with different ratios were compared through MB degradation experiments.It was found that the catalytic performance of Cu/La-MOFs was better than that of Cu-MOFs,reacting with H_(2)O_(2) to generate more hydroxyl radicals(·OH).The catalytic properties of Cu/La-MOFs were compared by simulating the environment of normal cells and tumor cells containing different concentrations of glutathione(GSH),and it was found that higher concentrations of GSH could promote the Fenton-like reaction of Cu/La-MOFs.Therefore,as a Fenton-like catalyst,Cu/La-MOFs can catalyze endogenous H_(2)O_(2) in tumors to undergo a Fenton-like reaction to generate·OH to kill tumor cells,and high-valent metal ions can deplete GSH in tumor cells to protect·OH,which is expected to enhance anti-cancer efficiency.
