摘  要:水下环境极其复杂,在传输微弱的水声信号时常会受到其他信号的干扰,因此需要对采集到的水声信号进行滤波处理.本文中设计一种由六阶有源Sallen-Key高通滤波器和四阶有源多重反馈的低通滤波器级联形成的高阶巴特沃斯带通滤波电路,该电路采用精密、低噪声、低输入偏置电流的运算放大器OP2177作为核心器件.仿真和测试结果表明,所设计滤波器的通频带为10 Hz~35 kHz,通带内波动小于0.5 dB,低频与高频端的带外衰减分别为36 dB/倍频程和24 dB/倍频程,符合性能指标要求.Due to the extremely complex underwater environment,the transmission of weak underwater acoustic signals is often interfered by other signals,so the collected underwater acoustic signals need to be filtered.In this paper,a high-order Butterworth bandpass filter circuit composed of a sixth-order active Sallen-Key high-pass filter and a fourth-order active multiple-feedback low-pass filter was designed,which used the precision,low noise,low input bias current op amp OP2177 as the core device.The simulation and test results show that the pass-through band of the designed filter is 10 Hz-35 kHz,the in-pass band fluctuation is less than 0.5 dB,and the out-of-band attenuation at low frequency and high frequency is 36 dB/octave and 24 dB/octave,respectively,which meets the requirements of performance indicators.
