摘  要:固废基胶凝材料往往细度大、吸附强,用于混凝土中,降低新拌混凝土工作性能,增大硬化混凝土收缩,使得混凝土易开裂,影响混凝土结构的服役寿命.通过引入低表面张力的小分子醇制备的减缩功能单体,合成了具有减缩功能的聚羧酸减水剂.研究了反应参数对功能单体和聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响,结果表明,在酸醇比3.5∶1,反应温度135℃,催化剂用量为4.5%时,功能单体酯化反应的酯化率可达86%以上.在酸醚比为6.5,n(MD)/n(TPEG)为1.5时制备的聚羧酸减水剂,相比普通减水剂,分散性能提高8%,混凝土干燥收缩降低22%.Solid waste-based cementitious materials reduce the performance of fresh concrete,increase the shrinkage of hardened concrete,making concrete easy to crack,affecting the service life of concrete structures,because of its large fineness,strong adsorption characteristics.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer with shrinkage reducing function was synthesized by introducing shrinkage reducing functional monomer prepared by small molecular alcohol with low surface tension.The effects of reaction parameters on the properties of functional monomer and polycarboxylate superplasticizer were studied.The results show that when the ratio of acid to alcohol is 3.5∶1,the reaction temperature is 135℃ and the amount of catalyst is 4.5%,the esterification rate of functional monomer can reach over 86%.When the acid ether ratio is 6.5 and n(MD)/n(TPEG)is 1.5,the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared.Compared with the ordinary superplasticizer,the dispersion performance is increased by 8%,and the drying shrinkage of concrete is reduced by 22%.
