摘　　要：角膜是一种无血管、透明、受高度神经支配的组织,它位于眼睛的前部。主要功能是将传输的光线折射入眼以及保护眼睛免受损坏。角膜混浊是全球第五大视力损害原因,是仅次于白内障的全世界失明的主要原因之一,它包括各种各样的传染性和炎症性眼病。影响了全世界600万人口。本文针对人供体角膜移植替代材料方案展开说明,探讨目前角膜疾病患者可用的其他手术材料。The cornea is an avascular,clear,highly innervated tissue located in the front of the eye.Its main function is to refract the transmitted light into the eye and protect the eye from damage.Corneal opacity is the fifth leading cause of visual impairment worldwide,second only to cataracts,and includes a wide variety of infectious and inflammatory eye diseases.It affects 6 million people worldwide.This article describes the alternative materials for human donor corneal transplantation and discusses other surgical materials available for patients with corneal diseases.
