迷你腹腔镜在妇科手术中的应用

摘　　要：由于外科理念的不断深入、手术操作技术的不断提高,迷你腹腔镜逐渐产生并应用于临床。1991年Dorsey JH和Tabb CR等人首次报道了迷你腹腔镜在妇科领域的应用。目前为止,迷你腹腔镜手术已广泛应用于如子宫内膜异位症、子宫切除术、盆腔器官脱垂修复、附件肿块切除等多种妇科疾病。本文主要阐述迷你腹腔镜在妇科疾病中应用的主要适应证和禁忌证以及迷你腹腔镜手术与传统腹腔镜手术、单孔腹腔镜手术、经皮辅助外科手术系统、机器人手术等其他微创手术的术后结果比较。经分析得出:在妇科疾病治疗中,迷你腹腔镜手术不仅具有其他微创手术的优点,而且在术后美容效果、术后疼痛程度或手术时间等方面表现出了自身优越性,可以相信迷你腹腔镜未来在妇科学诊治中的应用将越发广泛。Due to the deepening of the surgical concept and the improvement of the surgical operation technology,mini-laparoscope has been gradually produced and applied in clinic.In 1991,Dorsey JH and Tabb CR et al first reported the application of mini-laparoscope in the filed of gynecology.Up to now,mini-laparoscopic surgery has been widely used in a variety of gynecological diseases,such as endometriosis,hysterectomy,repair of pelvic organ prolapse,excision of adnexal mass and so on.This article mainly describes the main indications and contraindications of mini-laparoscopy in gynecological diseases and the comparison of postoperative results between mini-laparoscopic surgery and other minimally invasive surgeries such as traditional laparoscopic surgery,laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,percutaneous surgical system and robotic surgery.After analysis,it is concluded that mini-laparoscopy not only has the advantages of other minimally invasive surgeries,but also shows its own advantages in postoperative cosmetic results,postoperative pain degree or operation time,etc.,which can be believed that mini-laparoscope will be more widely used in gynecological diagnosis and treatment in the future.
