经阴道途径“多层覆盖修复法”治疗膀胱阴道瘘

摘　　要：膀胱阴道瘘(Vesicovaginal Fistula,VVF)是指膀胱和阴道间存在异常通道的一种泌尿生殖道疾病,主要临床表现为尿液持续不自主地经阴道流出。常继发于广泛全子宫切除术或重度黏连的困难子宫切除术等妇科手术,少部分继发于经阴道分娩。经阴道途径“多层覆盖修复法”治疗膀胱阴道瘘是在Latzko术式基础上,通过多层阴道黏膜无张力缝合覆盖瘘口,具有手术时间短、术后并发症少、恢复快、手术成功率高、费用低等优点。Vesicovaginal fistula(VVF)refers to the urogenital tract disease with abnormal anatomical passage between the bladder and the vagina,mainly manifested as involuntary continuous outflow of urine through the vagina,most of which are secondary to gynecological operations such as hysterectomy,a small number secondary to vaginal delivery.Vaginal approach“multi-layer technique”for the treatment of vesicovaginal fistula is based on the Latzko technique,covering the fistula with multi-layer vaginal mucosa tension-free suture,which has the advantages of short operation time,quick postoperative recovery,high success rate,few complications and low cost.
