摘 要:为研究柳树的株型调控机理,分析了欧洲红皮柳(Salix purpurea)类胡萝卜素裂解氧化酶(CCO)基因家族,对其进行全基因组鉴定和表达谱分析。在biolinux系统中,通过生物信息学方法,对其理化性质、基因结构、进化特性、染色体定位和启动子元件等进行了分析。结果表明:筛选得到15个红皮柳CCO基因家族成员,系统进化树分析将该基因家族中的15个成员分成5个亚家族,无NCED5、NCED9亚类。进化过程中有4对是由基因串联复制事件演化而来,其他5对是由于基因组的片段复制事件。分析了启动子区域相关的胁迫响应元件和激素响应元件,外源激素处理灌木柳发现CCD7表达受抑制,SpCCD8在茎段中与赤霉素处理表型呈正相关,为分枝调控基因。In order to study the regulation mechanism of willow plant type, we analyzedthe carotenoid cleavage oxidase (CCO) gene family of Salix purpurea , and the branch related genes. Bioinformatics method was used in biolinux system to analyze its physical and chemical properties, gene structure, evolutionary characteristics, chromosome location and promoter elements. Fifteen CCO gene family members were screened. There are five subfamilies, but there are no NCED5 and NCED9 subfamilies. McscanX analysis showed that four genes evolved from tandem gene duplication, while the other five pairs were due to genomic segmental duplication. We analyzed cis-acting elements of upstream promoters, such as hormone response elements and stress response elements. Using different concentrations of hormones to treat willow shrubs, it was found that the expression of CCD7 was inhibited by the phenotype. SpCCD8 was positively correlated with the phenotype of GA treatment in the stem segment, which was a branch regulatory gene.
