冷杉梢斑螟对8种红松挥发物微胶囊悬浮剂的触角电位及嗅觉行为反应

摘　　要：为筛选对冷杉梢斑螟(Dioryctria abietella)具有行为调控作用的红松(Pinus koraiensis)挥发物微胶囊悬浮制剂,利用触角电位仪和“Y”型嗅觉仪测定冷杉梢斑螟对8种红松挥发物微胶囊悬浮剂的触角电位(EAG)及嗅觉行为反应。触角电位试验结果表明,8种微胶囊悬浮剂在各浓度均能引起冷杉梢斑螟的触角电位反应,冷杉梢斑螟雌成虫对10^(-1)mol·L^(-1)的β-蒎烯微胶囊制剂反应最强。嗅觉行为反应试验结果表明,β-蒎烯微胶囊制剂对冷杉梢斑螟雌、雄成虫均具有明显的引诱作用;α-蒎烯和蒈烯对雌蛾有引诱作用;水芹烯和月桂烯对雄蛾有引诱作用,但月桂烯对雌蛾有驱避作用。In order to screen the microcapsule suspension preparation of Pinus koraiensis volatiles that have behavioral regulation effects on the Dioryctria abietella,the antennal potential(EAG)and olfactory behavior responses of D.abietella to 8 microcapsule suspension agents were measured by antennal potentiometer and“Y”olfactory instrument.EAG test results showed that eight kinds of microcapsule suspension agents could induce EAG response in D.abietellaat different concentrations,female adult D.abietella had the strongest response to 10^(-1)mol·L^(-1)β-pinene microcapsules.The results of the olfactory behavioral response test showed that theβ-pinene microcapsule preparation had obvious attracting effect on both the male and female adults of D.abietella,α-pinene and carene can attract female moths.Phellandrene and myrcene can attract male moths,but myrcene can repel female moths.
