摘  要:为了揭示口环密封结构对离心泵叶轮受力特性的影响机理,选取环形密封、圆周槽道密封和螺旋密封三种口环密封结构和离心泵进行匹配。基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和结构化网格技术,考虑三种口环密封结构,研究离心泵内部流场及其叶轮轴向力和径向力的分布规律。结果表明:随流量逐渐增大,三种口环密封结构的离心泵轴向力和径向力的大小均显逐渐减小趋势。环形密封结构对离心泵轴向力和径向力的影响最为显著,相比螺旋密封结构,其最大轴向力值减小16%,最大径向力值显著减小62%;相比环形密封,螺旋密封显著降低口环泄漏量,额定工况下口环泄漏量下降15%,使叶轮前腔和叶轮出口端液体压力值显著增大,从而影响离心泵叶轮轴向力和径向力的分布规律。为离心泵叶轮口环密封结构的设计和选型提供理论依据。In order to reveal the influence mechanism of the ring seal structure on the force characteristics of the centrifugal pump impeller,three ring seal structures including ring seal,circumferential channel seal and spiral seal were selected to match the centrifugal pump.Based on the RNG k-εturbulence model and structured grid technology,the internal flow fields of three centrifugal pumps with different ring seal structures and the distribution of axial and radial forces of their impellers were studied.The results show that the axial and radial forces of the centrifugal pumps with three different ring seal structures gradually decrease with the increase of flow.The annular seal structure has the most significant impact on the axial and radial forces of the centrifugal pump.Compared with the spiral seal structure,the maximum axial force value is reduced by 16%,and the maximum radial force value is significantly reduced by 62%;compared with the ring seal,the circumferential channel and the spiral seal structure can significantly reduce the leakage of the mouth ring,and make the liquid pressure value of the impeller front cavity and the impeller outlet end significantly increase,thereby affecting the distribution of axial and radial forces of the centrifugal pump impeller.So,it provide a theoretical basis for the design and selection of the ring seal structure of the centrifugal pump impeller.
