摘  要:无级变速器(简称CVT)具有结构简单,速比连续可调,换挡平顺等特点。CVT的速比连续可调是通过调节主从动油缸工作油压范围,从而调整作用在金属带上的夹紧力比值来改变金属带在主从动带轮上运行的节圆半径来实现,主从动油缸压力精度是实现CVT特点的关键参数。基于某公司的CVT平台产品,提出影响高压油路压力精度的影响因素,并通过有效控制手段实现压力高精度。CVT is characterized by simple structure,continuously adjustable speed ratio and smooth shifting.The continuously adjustable speed ratio of CVT is realized by adjusting the working pressure range of the Primary and Secondary cylinder,so as to adjust the ratio of the clamping force acting on the metal belt to change the pitch radius of the metal belt running on the Primary and Secondary pulley.The control pressure accuracy of the Primary and Secondary pulley is the key parameter to realize the characteristics of CVT.Based on the CVT platform products of a listed company,this paper puts forward the factors that affect the control pressure accuracy of high-pressure pipeline,and realizes high-precision pressure through effective control means.
