摘  要:抽水蓄能电站基建用电安全管理是一项复杂的系统工程,违章、违规用电会严重影响电站的生产运行,以及威胁人身和财产安全。基建现场当前施工用电面临点多、面广、线长及作业面较为分散等特点,临时用电的安全管理难度较大;在建设过程中普遍存在配电箱内门未锁、一闸多机、配电设备负荷过高、接地不规范等安全通病,给现场施工用电安全带来诸多隐患。该文采用智能化技术手段,研制了施工用电智能管控系统及智能配电设备,实现对现场施工用电的安全管理和现场传统配电箱的智能化改造。将该智能配电设备应用于洛宁电站的效果显示,该设备可有效防止或减少临时用电安全事故发生。The safety management of the power consumption control for the construction of the pumped storage power station is a complex systematic project.Violation of the related power use regulations and rules seriously affects the production and operation of the power station,and threatens the safety of people and property.The current power use in the construction site is characterized by multiple points,wide coverage,long lines,and scattered working surfaces,making it difficult to manage the safety of temporary electricity use.In addition,there are common safety issues such as unlocked internal doors of distribution boxes,multiple machines with one switch,high load of distribution equipment,and non-standard grounding,which bring many hidden dangers to the safety of the on-site construction electricity use.Therefore,this paper uses intelligent technology to develop an intelligent control system and intelligent distribution equipment for construction electricity to realize the safe management of the on-site construction electricity and intelligent transformation of traditional distribution boxes on site.The developed equipment was applied in Luoning Power Station and the results show that the equipment can effectively reduce or prevent the occurrence of temporary power safety accidents.
