基于社区生活圈的乡村公共服务供给水平分析--以山西省3个样本县为例

摘　　要：文章以山西省岢岚、灵丘和曲沃三县为研究区域,基于村干部与村民问卷调查,在行政村尺度下分析教育、医疗、养老、公共交通、购物、快递等公共服务的配给现状、分布特征及其可达性与村民满意度之间的多重关联。分析内容包括:公共服务可达性总体现状;村域人口数量和地理区位影响下公共服务供给的区域分异;公共服务可达性以及村民对公共服务水平的满意度对其整体生活满意度的影响。最后基于数据分析提出乡村社区生活圈公共服务供给存在的短板与优化方向。Taking the three counties of Kelan,Lingqiu and Quwo in Shanxi as the research area,using questionnaire survey data collected among village cadres and villagers,this study analyzes the supply status and distribution characteristics of public services such as education,medical care,aged nursing,public transportation,shopping and express delivery,at the administrative village scale.It also analyzes the multiple correlations between public service accessibility and villagers'satisfaction.The analyses involved:the overall status of public service accessibility;regional differentiation of public service supply under the influences of village population and geographical location;and the influences of public service accessibility and villagers'satisfaction with public service on their overall life satisfaction.Finally,based on the results of data analysis,the shortcomings and optimization direction of public service supply in rural community life circle are proposed.
