酒店建筑平疫结合设计技术要点研究

摘　　要：基于平疫结合设计需求的新建酒店建筑设计,研究从规划、建筑、细节等三方面提出了相应的设计技术要点,不仅需要注重总体的场地设计、总体布局、交通组织等方面的要求,同时提出了建筑设计层面建筑各功能区的转换、客房布局形态的选取、内部流线的合理组织等三大技术要点,在细节上充分考虑隔离人员的需求、物品传递功能的设计、弹性活动空间的预留等,以期实现平时功能与疫情时期的灵活转换,为新建的平疫结合需求的酒店建筑设计提供指导。Based on the combination design of ordinary times and Epidemic Period requirements of the newly built hotel building design,the research puts forward the corresponding design technical points from three aspects,including planning,architecture and details design.It not only needs to pay attention to the overall site design,overall layout and transportation organization requirements.At the same time,it puts forward three technical points at the architectural design level,namely the transformation of each functional area of the building,the selection of the layout form of the guest room,and the reasonable organization of the internal streamline.In the details,it fully considers the needs of the isolated personnel,the design of the goods transfer function,and the reservation of the flexible activity space,so as to realize the flexible transformation between the ordinary functions and the epidemic period.Providing guidance for the design of the new hotels to meet the needs of the epidemic.
