历史文化街区微更新策略研究--以天津蓟州古城鼓楼广场为例

摘　　要：中国在增量扩张阶段的建设活动造成了复杂的城市问题,其中,历史文化街区的物质空间不合理利用与在地文化破坏问题尤为严重。当前中国的城市建设已然进入存量优化时代,正是以微更新手段更正街区不合理问题、重塑街区在地文化的大好时机。文章以天津蓟州区鼓楼广场为例,吸收优秀微更新案例的经验,归纳场地问题,从有形的空间改造和无形的文化演绎两部分切入,探讨微更新场地修复手段与在地文化重塑方法,以期为类似城市空间布局优化提供借鉴。China's construction activities in the stage of incremental expansion have caused complex urban problems,among which the irrational use of material space in historical and cultural blocks and the destruction of local culture are particularly serious.At present,China's urban construction has entered the era of stock optimization,and it is a good time to correct the unreasonable problems of the neighborhood and reshape the local culture of the neighborhood by means of micro-renewal.Taking the Drum Tower Square in Jizhou District,Tianjin as an example,this paper absorbs the experience of excellent micro-renewal cases,summarizes the current situation of the site,starts from the two parts of tangible spatial transformation and intangible cultural interpretation,and discusses the restoration means of micro-renewal sites and the reshaping methods of local culture,in order to provide reference for similar urban spatial layout optimization.
