摘 要:在实际水样中,氨氮的浓度变化较大,《水质氨氮的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法》(HJ 535-2009)[1]中氨氮的测定上限为2.00 mg/L(以N计),超过测定上限的样品往往需要进行稀释后重新检测,影响了检测工作的效率。为提高检测工作效率,本文对氨氮的测定上限进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,当氨氮含量在0.00~200.00μg时,所绘制的校准曲线满足检测工作使用要求;精密度和准确度测试结果符合氨氮检测的技术要求。因此,将氨氮的测定上限从2.00 mg/L提高到4.00 mg/L是合理可行的。The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in actual water samples varies greatly,and the upper limit for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in standard HJ 535-2009~([1])is 2.00 mg/L(measured in N),samples exceeding the upper limit often need to be diluted and retested,which affects the efficiency of the detection work.In order to improve the efficiency of detection work,this article conducted experimental research on the upper limit of ammonia nitrogen determination.The research results indicate that when the ammonia nitrogen content is between 0.00~200.00μg,When the calibration curve drawn meets the requirements for testing work;The precision and accuracy test results meet the technical requirements for ammonia nitrogen detection.Therefore,it is reasonable and feasible to increase the upper limit of ammonia nitrogen determination from 2.00 mg/L to 4.00 mg/L.
