摘　　要：对于环境保护工作来说,无论是环境影响评价制度还是排污许可证制度都起到极为重要的作用。本文将简单地对这两项制度进行介绍,并探讨环评与排污的衔接问题,旨在讨论未来的一体化制度,希望对生态环境保护工作有所帮助。For environmental protection work,both the environmental impact assessment system and the pollutant discharge permit system play an extremely important role.This article will briefly introduce these two systems,and discuss the connection between environmental impact assessment and pollution discharge,in order to discuss the future integrated system,hoping to be helpful for the protection of the ecological environment works.
