摘　　要：全国污染源普查是一项重大的国情调查,其现实意义十分突出,清查阶段的工作是对纳入普查核算范围的对象进行梳理。本文论述了第二次全国污染源普查清查的意义,并以上海市宝山区为例,从清查准备、普查分区、摸底清查、清查建库四个阶段介绍清查工作情况,分析存在的问题,并提出优化建议,以便更好地指导未来全国污染源普查工作实践。The National Pollution Source Census is a significant national survey on the environment that has a prominent practical significance.The work in the data cleansing stage involves identifying and organizing the objects included in the census accounting scope for the next stage.This article discusses the significance of the second National Pollution Source Census inventory and takes Baoshan District in Shanghai as an example to introduce the progress of the inventory stage work in four phases:preparation,division of census zones,bottom-up inventory,and inventory database construction.The article analyzes the existing problems and proposes optimization suggestions to better guide future National Pollution Source Census.
