摘 要:利用胶原多肽参与丙烯酸聚合改变其聚合物组分用于制革复鞣并探索使用价值。碱法提取的胶原多肽先与戊二醛交联,然后与丙烯酸类单体共聚获得共聚物。将共聚物用于铬鞣坯革复鞣,并对复鞣坯革进行对比表征。结果表明复鞣后的粒面表观、增厚率、强度、上染效果出现的差别;同时,研究发现适当用戊二醛交联具有新的复鞣填充功能。Collagen polypeptide was added in the polymerization process of acrylic acid to change the component of the resulting polymer as retanning agents in leather industry,and the application value was explored.The alkali-extracted collagen polypeptide was firstly crosslinked by glutaraldehyde,and then copolymerized with acrylic monomers obtain the copolymers.The copolymer was used to retan chrome tanned leather,and the retanned leather was characterized and compared.Results showed that the difference was observed in the grain surface appearance,thickening rate,strength and dyeing effect of the retanned leather.The conclusion is that the crosslinking with glutaraldehyde has a new retanning and filling function.
