关于灾害事故现场消防救护能力建设的思考

摘　　要：目前,我国消防队伍承担的救援任务不断增加,灾害现场的救护需求也不断增加。如何提高消防队伍在灾害事故现场的救护能力,充分发挥消防救援人员在灾害事故现场救护中的作用,降低灾害现场消防救护的死亡率与致残率,是当前我国消防救援队伍建设与发展的一个重要方面。对内外消防现场救护现状进行分析对比,结合我国国情和消防队伍的特点,找出并分析我国消防队伍在灾害事故现场医疗救援过程中的不足,以及消防队伍灾害事故现场救援水平低的原因,提出了关于如何提高消防队伍在灾害事故现场救护能力的思考与建议,以供参考。At present,the rescue task of our fire brigade to rescue people's lives is growing constantly,the demand for rescue at the disaster site is also strong.How to improve the rescue ability of the fire brigade at the scene of disasters and accidents,give full play to the role of fire rescue personnel in on-site rescue of disasters and accidents,reduce the mortality and disability rate of fire rescue at the disaster site,it is an important aspect in the construction and development of fire rescue teams in China.This paper analyzes and compares the current situation of on-site rescue of internal and external fire fighting,in combination with China's national conditions and the characteristics of the fire brigade,find out and analyze the deficiencies of our fire brigade in the process of medical rescue at the scene of disasters and accidents,and the reason for the low rescue level of the fire brigade at the scene of disasters and accidents,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to improve the rescue ability of the fire brigade at the scene of disasters and accidents,for reference.
