摘 要:为探究柳蒿扦插的最佳种植密度,试验设置25,50和100万株·hm^(-2)3个密度,研究不同密度对柳蒿株高、每平方米枝条数、茎粗、叶长、鲜物质产量、干物质产量等指标的影响。结果表明,干物质产量、鲜物质产量、每平方米枝条数随密度的增加先升高后降低;株高、茎粗、叶长随密度的增加而降低。扦插密度50万株·hm^(-2)干物质产量最高,为3834.0 kg·hm^(-2)。相关性分析得出,干物质产量、鲜物质产量、每平方米枝条数、茎粗、叶长与密度负关性(P>0.05);株高与密度存在极显著负相关(P<0.01)。回归分析得出,干物质产量(Y1)与密度(X)的回归方程为Y_(1)=2481.67+46.98X-0.40X2(R^(2)=0.6631,F=5.90*),该方程关系呈二次曲线“抛物线型”,说明随着扦插密度的增加柳蒿产量会先增加,后降低。In order to explore the optimal cutting density of Artemisia selengensis Turcz.,three densities of 250000,500000 and 1000000 plants·ha^(-1)were set to study the effects of different cutting densities on plant height,number of branches,stem diameter,leaf length,fresh matter yield,dry matter yield and so on.The results showed that dry matter yield,fresh matter yield and number of branches per square meter firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of density.And plant height,stem diameter and leaf length decreased with the increase of cutting density.The highest dry matter yield was 3834.0 kg·ha^(-1)with cutting density of 500000 plants·ha^(-1).Dry matter yield,fresh matter yield,number of branches per square meter,stem diameter and leaf length were negatively correlated with density(P>0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between plant height and density(P<0.01).The regression equation of dry matter yield(Y 1)and density(X)is Y_(1)=2481.67+46.98X-0.40X 2(R^(2)=0.6631,F=5.90*),the equation relationship follws a quadratic caurve"parabelic"shape,and as the cutting density inereaes,the yield wil first increase and then decrease.
