摘 要:为提高模具喷油润滑的效果,设计了一种带有针阀的气泡雾化喷嘴。通过Fluent对喷嘴进行仿真分析,研究了喷嘴收敛角、针阀开度和气液比(GLR)对喷嘴出口平均速度和截面含气率的影响。结果表明:针阀开度小于0.2 mm时,喷嘴出口平均速度随针阀开度增大而减小;针阀开度增大到0.2 mm后,出口平均速度不再受针阀开度影响,此时,出口平均速度随收敛角增大而减小;但当收敛角大于110°后,收敛角的变化对出口平均速度的影响可忽略;随着GLR增大,喷嘴出口平均速度近似呈线性增大;出口截面含气率只受GLR的影响,且随着GLR的增大而增大;但随着GLR的增大,GLR对截面含气率的影响逐渐减弱。仿真结果为气泡雾化喷嘴的设计提供理论指导。In order to improve lubrication effect of mold,an effervescent atomizer with a needle valve is designed.Simulation of nozzle is carried out by Fluent,and the effects of nozzle convergence angle,needle valve opening and gas-liquid ratio(GLR)on the average velocity and void fraction of nozzle outlet are studied.The results show that when the needle opening is less than 0.2 mm,the average velocity of the nozzle outlet is decreased with the increase of the needle valve opening.When the needle valve opening is increased to 0.2 mm,the average velocity of the outlet is no longer affected by the needle valve opening.In this case,the average velocity of the outlet is decreased with the increase of the convergence angle.However,when the convergence angle is greater than 110°,the influence of the change of the convergence angle on the average velocity of the outlet is negligible.With the increase of the GLR,the average velocity of the outlet is increased linearly.The void fraction of the outlet is only affected by the GLR,and the void fraction of the outlet is increased with the increase of the GLR.However,with the increase of the GLR,the influence of the GLR on the void fraction of the outlet is gradually weakened.The simulation results provides theoretical guidance for the design of effervescent atomizer.
