摘 要:主要研究了轴向磁通感应电机(AFIM)电磁参数计算、建模和特性仿真。为解决AFIM三维模型建立与运行所需时间长、运算量大的问题,采用分层模型将实际的三维问题转化为准三维问题。利用解析和有限元方法相结合,求取电机的电磁参数,既提高了计算速度,又保证了计算精度。通过T形等效电路求取电机的稳态特性,利用Simulink模型仿真电机的暂态特性。实例分析证明了所提出方法的可行性和便捷性。仿真结果表明分析方法具有较高的精度。Electromagnetic parameter calculation,modeling and characteristic simulation of axial flux induction motor(AFIM)are mainly studied.In order to solve the problem that the establishment and operation of the 3D model of the AFIM require a long time and a large amount of calculation,layered model is used to transform the actual 3D problem into a quasi-3D problem.The method combining analytical method and finite element method is used to obtain the electro-magnetic parameters of the motor,which not only improves the calculation speed,but also ensures the calculation precision.The steady-state characteristics of the motor are obtained by the T-model equivalent circuit,and the transient characteristics of the motor are simulated by the Simulink model.An example analysis proves the feasibility and convenience of the proposed method.The simulation results show that the analysis method has high precision.
