摘 要:木材具有易燃性,在燃烧时产生的大量热辐射会对周围环境造成极大破坏,所以需要对木材燃烧的真温值进行实时监测。多光谱辐射测温是有效的非接触测量方法,该方法需要假设发射率模型进行真温反演,当发射率未知时,无法准确反演真温值。针对此问题,首先,将多光谱温度反演问题转换为约束优化问题;然后,利用坐标轮换约束优化算法求解被测目标温度值;最后,使用多光谱辐射测温仪对燃烧状态的红松木火焰进行真温测量,并与热电偶测量结果进行对比。根据实验结果表明:多光谱辐射测温法得到的结果最大绝对误差为28.174 K,最大相对误差为2.252%。验证了坐标轮换约束优化法的实用性与可行性,为后续木材燃烧火焰温度高精度测量提供了有效的依据。Wood is flammable,and large amount of heat radiation generated during combustion will cause great damage to surrounding environment,so it is necessary to monitor the true temperature value of wood combustion in real time.Multi-spectral radiation temperature measurement is an effective non-contact measurement method.This method needs to assume the emissivity model for true temperature inversion.When the emissivity is unknown,the true temperature value cannot be accurately inverted.Aiming at this problem,firstly,the multi-spectral temperature inversion problem is converted into a constrained optimization problem.Then,uses the coordinate rotation constrained optimization algorithm to solve the measured target temperature value.Finally,a multi-spectral radiation thermometer is used for measurement on ture temperature of burning red pine flame,and compared with the thermocouple measurement results.According to the experimental results,it is shown that the maximum absolute error of the results obtained by the multi-spectral radiation temperature measurement method is 28.174K,and the maximum relative error is 2.252%.The practicability and feasibility of the coordinate rotation constraint optimization method are verified,and provide an effective basis for the subsequent high-precision measurement of wood burning flame temperature.
