摘 要:该文针对浮空器的多流场耦合分析需要,利用Fluent对浮空器的热特性展开数值模拟研究。通过将浮空器蒙皮简化成零厚度壁面,结合气囊内外流场的耦合计算,获得蒙皮表面的内外对流量;利用UDF的Profile宏加载太阳辐射和长波辐射换热量。计算典型季节不同时间点下,蒙皮外表面温度分布和氦气温度变化规律。结果表明,蒙皮表面极值温度位置受对流换热的影响位于浮空器尾部;同一典型日期下,蒙皮表面昼夜温度变化范围在3~8 K,且极大值变化大于极小值变化;氦气平均温度变化范围在5 K以内,且与蒙皮表面温度变化趋势一致。研究结果对于保障浮空器的安全运行具有一定帮助,也为后期浮空器传热-流动-结构的多场耦合计算奠定基础。In order to meet the needs of multi-flow field coupling analysis of the floater,this paper uses Fluent to carry out numerical simulation of the thermal characteristics of the floater.By simplifying the skin of the floater into a zero-thickness wall,combined with the coupling calculation of the internal and external flow field of the airbag,the internal and external convection flow of the skin surface is obtained,and the heat transfer of solar radiation and long-wave radiation is loaded by the Profile of UDF.The temperature distribution on the outer surface of the skin and the variation of helium temperature at different time points in typical seasons were calculated.The results show that the extreme temperature position of the skin surface is affected by convective heat transfer at the tail of the floater,and on the same typical date,the diurnal temperature of the skin surface varies from 3K to 8K,and the variation of the maximum is greater than that of the minimum.the average temperature of helium is less than 5K,which is consistent with the trend of skin surface temperature.The research results are helpful to ensure the safe operation of the floater,and lay a foundation for the multi-field coupling calculation of heat transfer-flow-structure in the later stage.
