摘 要:该文探究不同热处理方式对金属材料内部裂纹自愈合的影响。选择20钢和45钢这2种材料,采用钻孔压缩法制作内部带有裂纹的试件。试验设有2个变量,分别是加热温度(800、850、900、950和1000℃)和保温时间(30、45、60 min),对比不同加热温度和不同保温时间下,试件内部裂纹的自愈合情况。结果表明,加热温度越高,保温时间越长,内部裂纹的自愈合效果越好。在加热至1000℃、保温时间为60 min的情况下,原裂纹已经完全消失,实现裂纹的自愈合。This paper investigates the effect of different heat treatment methods on the self-healing of internal cracks in metallic materials.Two kinds of materials,20 steel and 45 steel,are selected,and the specimens with internal cracks are made by drilling compression method.There were two variables in the experiment,namely heating temperature(800,850,950,950,1000℃)and holding time(30,45,60 min).The self-healing of internal cracks was compared under different heating temperature and different holding time.The results show that the higher the heating temperature is and the longer the holding time is,the better the self-healing effect of internal cracks is.Under the condition of heating to 1000℃and holding time of 60 min,the original crack has disappeared completely and the crack self-healing has been realized.
