摘　　要：在疫情常态化背景下,运用服务设计理论方法对居家老年人的生活状况、就医行为等进行调研分析,以此探究居家老年人突发疾病时医疗服务系统设计新思路。结合服务设计思维,通过对疫情常态化下居家老年人生活就医状况的问卷调查和用户访谈结果进行定性分析,基于服务触点,找出现有模式下居家老年人突发疾病医疗服务存在的问题,提出依托社区医疗保障政务服务平台,开展数字信息化医疗服务设计。通过老年急救智能手环、急救相助App、社区医疗保障政务服务平台,联系起老人、家属、社区工作人员、志愿者和医院,构建起疫情常态化下依托社区医疗保障政务服务平台的“家庭-社区-医院”数字信息化的医疗服务系统。Under the background of the normalization of the epidemic,by using service design theory and methods to observe and analyze the living conditions and medical behavior of the elderly at home,new ideas for medical service design under the normalized epidemic situation for the elderly at home with sudden diseases can be explored.Combined with service design thinking,through the qualitative analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey and user interviews on the living conditions of the elderly at home under the normalization of the epidemic,based on service touch points,find out the problems existing in the medical services for the elderly at home for sudden diseases.It is proposed to rely on the community medical security government service platform to carry out digital information medical service design.Through the elderly first aid smart bracelet,first aid App,and community medical security government service platform,the elderly,family members,community workers,volunteers and hospitals are connected,so as to build a‘Family-community-hospital’digital information medical service system based on community medical security government service platform under the normalization of the epidemic situation.
